• The section above contains information on how many installments the total order amount will be paid to your bank.

• Your bank may offer campaigns allowing for a higher number of installments than you selected, or provide services such as installment deferral. Such campaigns are at your bank's discretion, and if our company is aware of them, information about the campaigns is provided on our pages.

• Starting from your credit card statement date, the total order amount will be divided by the number of installments and reflected on your credit card statement by your bank. The bank may not distribute the installment amounts equally across the months, taking into account fractional differences. The creation of your detailed payment plan is at the discretion of your bank.

2) Packaging, shipping, and delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. The shipping fee is ……..-TL and is added to the total order amount. It is not included in the product price. Delivery will be made by hand to the Buyer's address specified above via our contracted shipping company. Even if the Buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, our company will be considered to have fulfilled its obligation completely and fully. Therefore, any damage resulting from the Buyer's delayed receipt of the product, as well as any expenses incurred due to the product waiting at the shipping company and/or the return of the shipment to our company, are the responsibility of the Buyer.

3) The product will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the contract date. Our company is fully responsible until the product is delivered.

4) The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/entity at the address they have indicated. The product price will be refunded to the buyer within 10 days from the date the seller receives the buyer's withdrawal notification. The shipping cost for the product returned due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the seller.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the goods or the signing of the contract, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, and we undertake to take back the goods from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the seller or provider.

If our company fails to fulfill its obligations mentioned above, the consumer is not bound by the fourteen-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal. In any case, this period expires one year after the expiration date of the withdrawal period. The 14-day period begins to run from the date the consumer receives the goods in contracts relating to the delivery of goods, and from the date the contract is concluded in other contracts.

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

• Contracts for goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets and is beyond the control of the seller or supplier.

• Contracts relating to goods prepared according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs.

• Contracts relating to the delivery of perishable goods or goods that may expire.

• Contracts relating to the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

• Contracts relating to goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and are by their nature impossible to separate.

• Contracts relating to services that have begun to be performed with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

5) No additional costs are incurred by consumers regarding the pricing for using the website to place their order.

6) All commitments, including the price stated in this "Information Form," are valid for 30 days.

7) We do not have any products that are offered for sale on a continuous or seasonal basis.

8) We do not have any sales method for products that we offer for sale for an indefinite period or for a period exceeding one year.

9) Consumer complaints and objections: Your applications should be submitted in accordance with the Communiqué on Increasing Monetary Limits published in the Official Gazette by the Ministry of Customs and Trade on December 16, 2021;

The value of applications to Consumer Arbitration Boards for the year 2022 is;

a) For disputes below 10,280 (ten thousand two hundred eighty) Turkish Liras, the District Consumer Arbitration Boards shall handle the matter.,

b) In provinces with metropolitan status, Provincial Consumer Arbitration Boards shall handle disputes between 10,280 (ten thousand two hundred eighty) Turkish Lira and 15,430 (fifteen thousand four hundred thirty) Turkish Lira.,

c) In disputes involving amounts below 15,430 (fifteen thousand four hundred and thirty) Turkish Liras in the central districts of provinces that do not have metropolitan status, the Provincial Consumer Arbitration Boards shall handle the matter.,

c) In districts affiliated with provinces that do not have metropolitan status, disputes between 10,280 (ten thousand two hundred eighty) Turkish Lira and 15,430 (fifteen thousand four hundred thirty) Turkish Lira shall be handled by the Provincial Consumer Arbitration Boards.,

Provincial Consumer Arbitration Boards have jurisdiction within the provincial boundaries, while District Consumer Arbitration Boards have jurisdiction within the district boundaries. In districts where a Consumer Arbitration Board has not been established, the Consumer Arbitration Board designated by the Ministry for that district has jurisdiction.

Applications may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Board located in the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.

10) In cases where payment is made by credit card or similar method without issuing a receipt, and the card is used illegally by another person, proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Bank Cards and Credit Cards Law No. 5464 dated 23/2/2006 and the Regulation on Bank Cards and Credit Cards published in the Official Gazette No. 26458 dated 10/3/2007.

11) The provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the Turkish Code of Obligations shall apply regarding the legal consequences of the buyer's default.
